1. Information you provide
When you submit a website inquiry, request a resource, or schedule a meeting, we may collect information such as your name, company, role, work email address, areas of interest, meeting information, timing, and the business or operating situation you describe.
2. Website and campaign information
When you use this site, our hosting and form-processing providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and similar server-log data.
The site also preserves campaign-attribution parameters in temporary browser session storage when they are present in a URL. These may include UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content, along with the landing page and referring page. If you submit a form during that browser session, those values may be included with the inquiry so we can understand how the inquiry reached Zenthesys. The browser session data is designed to expire when the session ends.
3. How we use information
We use information collected through the website to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, schedule and manage meetings, evaluate potential engagements, communicate about Zenthesys services, understand which outreach or website content generates inquiries, maintain site security and reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and business communications. These may include Porkbun for domain and website hosting, Formspree for processing website form submissions, HubSpot for customer relationship management and meeting scheduling, and Google Workspace for business email, calendar and related communications. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and in support of the services they provide to Zenthesys.
5. Sale of personal information and targeted advertising
Zenthesys does not sell personal information submitted through these inquiry forms. The current canonical website package does not intentionally deploy third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We retain inquiry and related business information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate or manage a potential or actual business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal or contractual obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, export-controlled technical data or other highly sensitive information through the general website inquiry forms.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning access to, correction of or deletion of personal information. You may also ask us to stop certain communications.
